Dragon of the Sea

Dragons have been my favorite creature since I was a teenager. They are powerful magnificent beings with a symbolic meaning throughout many cultures. At one point I got into reading books such as Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey. She was very detailed about the dragons’ bodies, wings, and capabilities. I created Dragon of the Sea during this time. In this piece I try to get across the physical strength and dominance of these fire-breathing dragons.
